Bacon makes everything excellent, not that this needs any help.
Okay. I know that meatloaf has a bad reputation. Some of you might be haunted by memories of elementary school when you opened up your lunch to find a soggy meatloaf sandwich. Give poor meatloaf another chance. I found this recipe and have made converts out of people that hated meatloaf. I hope it helps to redeem this simple treasure.
P.S.- This meatloaf does make for delicious sandwiches if you decide to go that way.
